HOURS OF SERVICE INFORMATION
The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has issued a Regional Hours of Service (HOS) Order, which includes South Carolina, for those responding to the emergency that is being created by Hurricane Florence.
South Carolina Governor Henry McMaster has issued Executive Order 2018-27 suspending the Hours of Service regulations in South Carolina due to Hurricane Florence.
Executive Order 52 issued by North Carolina Governor Roy Cooper regarding suspension of Hours of Service regulations in North Carolina is attached to the South Carolina Order.
Any person relying on the FMCSA, South Carolina or North Carolina Order(s) for Hours of Service relief should carry the appropriate Order in their vehicle.

There is a very helpful page on what to do AFTER flooding, especially if appliances or propane equipment have been under water.
FLOOD INFORMATION FOR YOUR SERVICE PERSONNEL
Working to restore propane service after a flooding situation can be hazardous work. Protecting the health and lives of your employees is of utmost importance. A two (2) page information sheet on worker protection has been prepared that you can use for a safety talk with your employees or printed and distributed to each employee working in the field after a flooding event.
